The NEW Customer Portal in PlantDemand
For salespeople and plant operators who get tons of calls each day from customers asking if they are open, the Customer Portal can provide a great service to the customer–and the plant people. And instead of the current methods of: answer the phone, answer some questions, take down information, create the order in PlantDemand, customers can now view your calendar when you invite them. They can see what days your plant is running, or selling Asphalt, Concrete, or Aggregates. They can also see what other materials you are planning to sell.
And by filling out a request, the majority of information is input by the customer. This saves plant operators and sales people time, and limits mistakes while receiving information from the customer. This is a great service for your customer that no other tools provide.
Phone conversations can instead focus on scheduling issues, or making the customer’s experience–buying your product–better.
